Sales Driven Marketing

Nextsummit was founded in 1994 to provide professional sales oriented marketing services to businesses that needed professional marketing expertise but didn’t want to add to their payrolls.

Nextsummit has evolved into a marketing company that is tightly focused on sales, using highly efficient techniques to build clients’ customer bases and enhance their market positions.

On the pure marketing side, we provide contract marketing management including ascertainment, plan development, media research, media buying, implementation and monitoring.

How We Work

It starts with good planning.

Selling is not an event—it’s a process. Our process begins with spending time with you gathering crucial information in order to put together an effective action plan. Then, with your input, we'll assemble the necessary elements such as prospect databases, existing customer records, print ads, online selling tools, fulfillment and follow-up procedures.

 

We also can provide creative services.

In the event that existing marketing tools need to be revised or new ones created, our graphics professionals can produce high quality sales flyers and brochures, price lists, web sites, social media and other marketing tools at a very reasonable cost.

We'll go to work...and keep you in the loop.

We'll assign one or more sales professionals who will work to quickly become an expert in your business. Then, using any combination of traditional mail, email, advertising, trade shows, personal letters, telephone and the internet, we'll contact—and stay in contact—with your prime prospects with the constant goal of adding them as your customers. Our objective is to professionally and seamlessly represent your company as members of your sales team.

We'll keep track of the results of every sales call and share that with you whenever you’d like. We'll report to you the results of our activity on a daily or weekly basis.

 

We're flexible.

Our clients typically retain us on a monthly basis to perform specific sales tasks. Commissions and/or performance based bonuses are often a part of an overall compensation package.

John Bosserman

  • Nextsummit owner and lead project manager, John Bosserman, has a strong educational and professional background in sales, marketing, public relations, media management and entrepreneurship. He began his sales career in print and radio advertising and was a consistent top performer. John also has worked as a turn-around specialist for a large media holding group, hosted a business talk show and conducted small business marketing workshops throughout the country.

    During his years in sales and management, John learned the value of creating a well conceived sales plan, and identifying  prospects that can yield the fastest, strongest, most profitable results. He also has developed programs to maintain relationships with new customers to maximize repeat and referral sales. 

    John has fine-tuned and streamlined the elements of his efficient sales processes using current technology. But he also knows that the old adage still applies, "you gotta see the people to sell the people!"

    On the not-for-profit side, John is active in a microenterprise project that helps physically and intellectually disabled people gain confidence and independence by starting and operating their own businesses. He also supports programs that improve the lives of Native Americans.

    Scott Scheerhorn

    Scott began his graphic design career while still in high school. Through the years, as design styles evolved and technology transformed the industry, Scott embraced the changes. Scott has several years of experience working with international business-to-business and retail advertising agencies and, most recently, Family Christian Stores.
